Great value for money and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re in need of a massage. Went for a sports massage after suffering from really bad pain on my shoulder and neck. The consultation was great the lady listened the massage helped 100% and if I ever have any more pains elsewhere will be going back. There was no pressure to book another appointment. If you want someone to really listen to you and understand what treatment you need then Emily is who you want to come see. The sports massage targeted the right area and I was given an additional exercise to do at home to help keep the area niggle free. Emily really understood my fitness goals and was super knowledgable about weight lifting. If you need a receipt for your health insurance then this can also be arranged. Sports massage with Emily was fantastic. I Had 4 sessions with her, all my shoulder pains and headaches have now disappear. She makes you feel comfortable and she is very knowledgable about all the muscle groups and problems that arise. Gemma has most recently been helping me with a back injury from a minor car accident and has given me so much help and relief. As a dancer I know my body well, Gemma has been able to really tune into what my body needs in order to get it back to how it was before. Really helped me with some long-standing back and neck pain. They were able to work out the tension over a number of sessions and gave me some exercises to do at home to reduce my need to keep coming back. I had multiple appointments, I never felt pressured to book in for sessions and the whole process was geared towards sorting out my back and neck so I have to use their services less and less. I have seen Emily for two sports massages as had terrible neck & shoulder pain due to a physically demanding job. After the first session I was able to sleep better and the tension was a lot less. Knots 'n' Niggles recently opened close to where I live. Having seen a few flyers on cars, I thought I would give it a go. I'd been suffering with my back for a long time. This stemmed from bad posture, wear and tear, office work, fast bowling (many years ago) and emotional strain (in more recent times). Going was the best thing I could have done for my back! Since then, I've never looked back. Gemma (the onwer) has worked magic - she has removed about a million knots from my back and made me feel much better as a result. Im now at the point where all the knots, bar one or two, have gone (she is working on the rest). My brother tells me I complain a lot less than I used to (about my back) - so that shows how successful Gemma has been. Gemma is a pleasure to be around, she knows her stuff, offers flexiblity on appointments, works some Saturdays and has recently explanded Knots n Niggles to offer other forms of treatment. I could not recommend a better place to go in Sheffield, for anybody suffering with knots and niggles....Matt More...

After suffering some discomfort and lack of movement from knot’s in my left hip/lower back , in both left & right quads, and tight hamstrings in both legs. i needed a good physio/Sports masseur and thought I would give Gemma a go at knots & Niggles. I train 5/7 days Per week and compete in Brazilian jiu-jitsu at quite a high level ( world & European championships ) so i need to be able to put my trust in someone to take care of me and keep me supple and mobile . After a 1 hour treatment with Gemma i am now pain free with about 95% of my movement back so would definitely recommend knots & niggles and will 100 % be returning for more treatments .
