We worked with Kirsty with our Beagle from around 12 weeks old. We had both group and one to one sessions and enjoyed every minute (well nearly every minute 😁). Tuition was tailored for our breed and the results were and still are fantastic. We are very proud owners of a Beagle who walks comfortably off her lead and responds instantly to our recall. We had fun, learnt lots and met some fantastic people along the way. The pleasure we get from our dog (Margo) is all down to the patience and commitment that Kirsty showed throughout her training. As a first time dog owner myself Kirsty also took time out to reassure me and build my confidence. We cannot recommend Kirsty enough and would not hesitate to work with her again should we need more support with Margo or added another puppy to our family. More...

We have been training our dog with Kirsty since he was around 10 weeks old. Now he is 6 months and we are so happy with how he is coming along with his training. Kirsty is great, she is very patient and is a fount of knowledge! We have done both 1-1 sessions and group training classes. The classes are always varied and introduce something new each week, whilst continuing to work on previous weeks training. Kirsty is happy for children to be involved in the training too, which is great! I would really recommend the 1-1 sessions - They have been really useful, Kirsty tailors the sessions to your needs and it is a great opportunity to work on recall and training with distractions outdoors. We have had both one to one sessions with Kirsty and also attend the Sunday training classes. We were struggling with recall, the difference in our dog Letty since we started with Kirsty has been amazing! To see Letty completely focussed on me in class when there's other dogs and people to distract her is something I never thought I'd see!! Kirsty has been invaluable to us since we adopted two eight month old golden retriever puppies in October last year, they suffer with sever anxiety and separation issues which has caused many problems from going on a walk to stepping foot out of a room for 2 minutes, Kirsty's help and advise has made such a difference to our boys and our ability to deal with there problems, She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of dog behaviour, I would highly recommend Kirsty.

My second dog came from a very difficult background and has learnt to socialise with other dogs of all breeds after attending Kirsty’s classes. We have a crazy Labrador, without Kirsty’s guidance and support we’d have given up on him a long time ago. Kirsty has supported us from him being a puppy. Her knowledge is incredible and she has taught us how to manage his sometimes very difficult behaviour. He is turning into a lovely well mannered dog and I know that we would not have achieved this without Kirsty’s training methods. In addition to the one to one training we have attended the training and socialisation classes, as a result our dog is perfectly well mannered around other dogs. Kirsty has been fantastic at helping us with the training of our first dog. She came to see us before we got the puppy which I would definitely recommend. She knew all the areas which were going to be important for training and gave a very detailed report which we followed and now have a very well behaved dog! We've done 1-2-1 sessions and regularly go to the training classes. Have already recommended Kirsty to many people, she's got magic powers with dogs! Kirsty provides a great service and really knows what she is talking about. I contacted her originally in helping me to socialise my new puppy with my very disgruntled cat. They are now the best of friends. Since then she has been helpful on numerous occasions . She offers very individualised support and is always willing to go the extra mile, seeking to find the reason behind any difficult behaviour. I have had support from Kirsty on a one to one and group basis and both have been invaluable in helping me to have a healthy and happy dog. I never hesitate to recommend her or get in touch if my dog develops any new annoying habits. Once your pooch meets Kirsty, they will never forget her.....she has the magic touch!!!! More...

Kirsty is a great trainer and lovely to deal with, with a cheerful disposition! Five years ago I acquired a very bouncy Lhasa Apso pup who responded well to Kirsty's training classes, and recently I acquired a Shelter dog needing altogether different training; he has responded so well and people tell me he is like a different dog now his nervous aggression has been calmed. Kirsty has always been reliable and trustworthy, having a key to help with my dogs if I have to be out during the day. Whenever I'm out with my dogs and get chatting with people at the coast, I find people telling me how well their dogs have responded to her training. She really understands how dogs think, and currently helps me also with separation anxiety of my older Lhasa (due to me fussing her too much as a puppy) and with recall as she is such a fast-running dog. Kirsty is a great trainer, brilliant curing behavioural problems in dogs, and is also lovely to deal with! Me and Charlie loved coming to classes, Charlie learnt a lot and now can enjoy being off lead when we are out walking which is fantastic. The training I had for Teddy was brilliant! Before Kirsty I had a very destructive and lead aggressive dog. But Kirsty explained everything thoroughly and then showed me everything I needed to do to change Teddy's behaviour.
I did lots of practice and within a couple of weeks he was like a different dog!
I can't recommend this lady enough.

I have used Kirsty for both of my dogs and she has been brilliant. My dogs had been very anxious around strangers and other dogs.
After working with Kirsty they are both more confident, they don't bother with other dogs and I can now let them off the lead.
I had a home visit with Kirsty first and then a follow up session at the beach. I found her extremely helpful and professional and would highly recommend her.
