I have nothing but good things to say about both Kirk Ingles and Scott Taylor (his Office Manager.) They have been taking good care of all insurance needs of me and my family since 1999 (Scott as of 2003.
) I have no doubt they will continue to earn my business for many years to come.
The #1 virtue of both Kirk and Scott is that they are very focused on my needs, taking the time and effort to really understand the needs and offer thoughtful scenarios as to how these needs can best be met. They do so even when there is no money to earned. For example, they really helped our son in both connections and advice when he moved from Texas to Washington.
I would flag conscientiousness as the #2 virtue of Kirk, Scott and, as a matter of fact, the whole office. They are able to step into my shoes and prompt me of critical deadlines whenever I am in a time crunch that might make me miss a renewal. Ditto for follow-up emails and/or telephones on a point I might not have fully understood.
The #3 virtue I would highlight is 'no hassle.' The office works extremely well, and does so in very friendly manner. I can't recall even a single moment of dissatisfaction In my twenty years with Kirk and Scott.
I could go on and on to outline additional virtues. Suffice it to repeat the bottom line I started with: I have nothing but good things to say.

Kirk Ingels has been my insurance for many years. Kirk and his staff are very knowledge about insurance, are professional and very friendly and helpful. I can call them anytime with questions about my auto or home insurance and they are quick to respond. Kirk and his staff keeps us informed on the lastest insurance updates. The previous insurance company that I was with had wonderful customer service, up until the agent I was working with left the company. So I began shopping around for prices, and remembered that several years ago I had spoken with Heather at Kirk's office. She had been wonderful, very helpful and prompt in her responses. So I decided to give her a call. Not only were their prices lower (for the same coverage), Heather was just as kind, helpful and promt as I remembered. Since switching over my insurance to her office (home, renters, and auto) I have also had the pleasure of working with Christie who has been equally helpful. I have been with State Farm for many years now, as they provide my auto insurance. On several occasions when I have called Kirks office, he answered the phone himself and helped me like I was his most important customer he had. If I have ever had to leave a message, my call was returned almost immediately. Recently, I called Heather Fraley and inquired about getting a quote on homeowners insurance and I needed it quick for the lenders to finalize my loan. She not only got me a quote within the hour, she beat the two other quotes by a substantial amount of money and gave me MORE coverage than the others offered. On top of that I got an additional discount because I have auto insurance with them. Every time I have talked to her, she has been professional and has always treated me with kindness and respect. I am beyond impressed with Heather and I couldn?t imagine anyone more efficient than she is. If a company?s moral and work ethic is a reflection of the owners or upper management, I would say that Kirk Ingel has done a superb job in training his staff and assuring they treat all of their customers like their business is the most important business they deal with. Scott specifically has provided for my needs in the most professional way yet in the most friendliest, caring, personable way that is simply outstanding. I travel quite a lot therefore choose not to own a vehicle. I do choose however to keep my self insured regardless of what I'm driving, Kirk's office. .. specifically Jessica... is the friendliest, most attentive and respectful insurance agent I've ever met. The non-owner policy is perfect for my needs and their prices are significantly lower than any of the 15 other companies I have checked. In the fall, I had a large oak tree smash through the living room window and take out the back side of my house. My son and I were putting dinner in the oven when we heard a loud pop, and our power went out. We secured ourselves in the downstairs and waited for the storm to blow over. About 30 minutes later, we went over to the neighbor’s house across the street. We couldn’t believe the sight of our house—this huge oak tree half uprooted and thrown against the side of our house. When I called my agent, he made sure we were safe and asked if we needed to go to a hotel for the night. I told him we were ok for the night at our friends. The next morning, true to his word, he was there at 8 am to look at the house. Before he left, he had written me a check for initial expenses until I could more precisely calculate my losses. State Farm checked in frequently with me and my son to make sure we were taken care of. I never had to call to check on my reimbursements or coverage.
