I HOPE THIS CATCHES PEOPLES ATTENTION. The only 2 reviews that shamefully brought the average rating down come from rival massage clinics (how unprofessional). I’m a very active sportsman and avid gymmer, the wear and tear on my body reached a point of impairment on my performance and I sought out professional help to try and rebalance myself. After booking appointments with Hilary, in just 2 one-hour sessions it’s like she had undone 10 years worth of underlying damage. Plus the added bonus of her knowledge and experience gave a lot of take-home value to understand and maintain the body better. Would highly reccomend Hilary to anyone, especially to active individuals who aren’t only looking to heal injuries, but to also increase performance through better recovery and increased muscle efficiency.
