Ian was very friendly and professional. He kindly explained clearly aspects of how the boiler worked so that i understood and could assuage concerns that I had. He picked up on some issues missed by previous engineers and took photographs so that he could show me the evidence of any issues and explained how to remedy them. Our combi boiler completely gave up on Saturday - I knew when it did I wanted a vaillant one, so I looked at their list of approved installers and gave Ian a ring. Within 15 minutes he'd talked me through the models and suitable options, given me a very reasonable price for the job, and then ordered the stock.
