Really disappointed today! Hired a bouncy castle only worked for 30-45 mins went down with children on it!!!!! We checked it all and when we looked at the wires they was all split and the castle was ripped, not safe to be at a child’s party, When we phone it took them over a hour to come, by then everyone had gone!
No sand bag to keep the castle from moving! Only one crash mat if children fell off!
I have a very disappointed child
Won’t be using this company again would not recommend to anyone

I called Kings Castle Hire to book a bounce and slide and soft play package. The theme I wanted was out of stock on the website but Wayne confirmed that they would be able to provide it. The booking process was super easy. They arrived on time for both drop off and collection. The bouncy castle and soft play was a hit at the party and everyone was fighting over the mini bikes! Excellent service! We were struggling to hire a bouncy castle at short notice for our son’s birthday. We tried a number of operators who didn’t bother to respond. Order an LOL castle for a 7th birthday party, was unsure if it would fit my garden but someone came out within a few days of the initial call and measured my garden for me at no cost! Had a phone call the day before to confirm all the details which was great! The castle was delivered early which worked out brilliant for us, the staff were quick and friendly with both delivery and collection and were very cautious when having to bring the equipment through the house.
