Services were used to video tape my daughter's dance rehearsal . Was in the middle of an out of state move when we received the DVD in the mail, so we did not get a chance to view it for some time.
When finally did, although the quality of the recording was excellent , the DVD had a defect and would not play to the end where my daughters performances were. We were so worried we would not have any memories of my daughters last dance performance . I contacted them by email and got a prompt response. They offered to replace it and mail to us free of charge. Can't wait to see the rest of the video!
They are very professional , very quick to respond, and stand by their work.
