Found them online and went with them as they had the best reviews out of all the flowers in the local area. Called in the morning and spoke to Kim who was really helpful. She asked me what my budget was, I told her and described roughly what I wanted and she told me she’d do the rest. Flowers were ready when I arrive to pick up and she took her time to explain many things to me as I know absolutely zero about flowers. My wife absolutely loved the flowers Kim chose and apparently her work colleagues didn’t stop talking about them! Excellent service, excellent flowers, excellent value for money. I definitely recommend Crimson Rose. I was let down at the last minute by the florist who was booked to make a casket top arrangement for my partner's funeral so I rang Crimson Rose who I knew other family members were using. At first although very sympathetic I was told they were too busy to help but when the full story came out and they knew I was very upset, they offered to fit me in. This was Saturday tea time with the flowers needed for Monday morning. I am so grateful - this is real customer service. And, not least, the arrangement was lovely! The ladies at Crimson Rose were absolutely lovely, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. We ordered two lots of flowers for my friend's funeral and they were amazing. They really went above and beyond to help us have the perfect floral tributes. We ordered a red and white Wendie and an Arsenal shirt. What inspired you to start your own business?
I actually bought an empty shop for my friend, when she could no longer work in the shop, I left my fantastic job in the city and became a florist, its a long story but my passion for flowers lives on and on!
