We've used Kidsitter more times than I can count. Never have we been unable to book a sitter, even if doing it the night before. On every occasion the babysitter has arrived on time and more often than not early. And they have all been brilliant with our two boys (7 and 5 presently though we started using the service when 5 and 3). Our youngest has a severe nut allergy - the sitters are reliable and trustworthy and have all taken seriously our guidance on what to do in the event of an emergency. For fun they do reading, board games, hide and seek etc - all the things that you would want for your children whilst out for the evening. And we now tend to see the same sitters accept our bookings which increases the familiarity for the boys (Carmen in North London is brilliant!)I wouldn't hesitate to recommend my own friends and family and have done so many times! Kidsitter is a great company to work for part time. I have really enjoyed babysitting for the families that I have met. With the easily accessible online portal, I am able to flexibly accept and decline jobs to suit my schedule, and can use the calendar to select my availability. 5 stars!

I have had great experience with Kidsitter and I don't hesitate to recommend them. I have used them on and off for about a year now. All the sitters I have used have been perfectly fine and some have been absolutely excellent- with sitters from any agency of course you will click with some more than others but I can happily say that there haven't been any problems with anyone. But what I have found sets Kidsitter apart from other agencies I have tried is the very personal service they offer. I have dealt directly (and often!!) with both Faisal and Margarita, and have found them receptive and super helpful in trying to accommodate any specific needs or requests, taking the time to get to know what my requirements are and really trying to work with me to fill them and to find someone who will be really appropriate for the job. They also always respond quickly (Margarita has even written back whilst on holiday!!) which is really great, especially as I have often needed very last minute baby sitting. Although they are a reasonably large agency I have been impressed at how "local" they feel. I continue to use them (and am able to book a really great lady on a regular basis through them) and totally recommend them if you are looking for either ad hoc or regular babysitting. More...

I have been working with kidsitter for more than 6 months as a sitter and i couldnt be happer.
I.highly recommend it to both parents looking for sitters and sitters looking for extra flexible income.
The parents can be safe as all the sitters are face to face interviewed, checked and they have a very rigours process for sitters to join. Beside the safe fact comes how easy is to book someone just around your area evven with a short notice. And the price is just perfect.
Now for sitters is amazing as is absolutly flexible and you can decide allways either to do a booking or not. The payments is extra effective and the price is just perfect.
I recommend kiddsitter to all my network and i will keep working with them for muuuch longer.

I have started to work through Kidsitter in June 2017 and since then my experiences have been very good. They did provide me with the decent amount of work depending on my current availability. They are very supportive and dealing fast with any quieries. I am glad that I am part of their strong network, as it fits perfectly to my schedule and I can plan my time myself and stay flexible. Would highly recommend it to other childcarers looking for work, same as to the parents, as it works all on easy principal and you can make a booking simply, alternate the hours, if needed and you will always be provided with the most suitable childcarer for you with loads of experiences. As a babysitter, Kidsitter is the only agency I would use to get babysitting jobs. The pay rate is very competitive. The staff at the agency are always on hand if I have any concerns. All of the families I have babysat for, have been lovely and appreciate that their child/children are safe and well care for by me. To be fair I never thought about something like this before. I remember one day I got one of their leaflets on the street and just kept it in my bag. But last week I really needed someone for my children as I got late shift at work and my regular nanny was on holidays. I decided okey, may be I should try? As a nanny I found KidSitter absolutely perfect. I met them for an interview shortly after I asked to register and since then I have been regularly updated with job offers and met few wonderful families whom I was happy to help when I had extra time. KidSitter is a reliable and wonderful service for families looking for someone trustworthy and competent to take care of their child. I have requested a babysitter from KidSitter twice and have been extremely happy both times. I have a four month old baby and therefore, specifically requested for someone who had experience with babies of that age and the KidSitter team made sure that they found someone who could take care of little babies.
