What do you love most about your job?
Helping bereaved families at a very difficult time enabling them to grieve
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent over 20 years working in large banks, law firms and accountancy practices in the City we noted that many practitioners were not giving it the consideration it deserves with fees wildly exceeding the estimates and it taking far too long to complete. Fees were excessive with some institutions charging a percentage of the estate as a fee which created excessive fees which did not reflect the work involved. Some charged an hourly rate on top of a percentage. We wanted to provide a service based on satisfaction and low fees which always held the families at the centre.
Why should our clients choose you?
We will deal with the estate as quickly as it can be done at low a cost as possible. From our first discussion our aim is to demystify the process and let you know what is required and when. Communication is key and we are available any day of the week to discuss what is happening
