I had a quote in December and i found Tony rude and abrupt. He came in my home plonked his heavy black bag down on a fragile item. He rushed when he was describing the shutters, he asked me if i had brought my home or was it rented. It is my own private home not that should make a difference. He quoted me over £4000 and because i said i needed a few days to think about it, he became very rude and abrupt and he couldnt run out of my home fast enough. For that reason of his rudeness i will look else where. More...
