Installation of 5 windows (1 reduced in size so own builder used) and 1 door.
Sales Good Knowledge of product assessed our needs now (active family life and a dog) and future (aging process). No pressure sales Good quality product at a sensible price no gimmick.
Surveyor Friendly professional good knowledge of product.
Telephone /Text / Internet all answered in a good time friendly and questions answered satisfactorily even the silly ones (I am not to scared to ask)
Installation wish I had taken before during and after photos!! The day was chosen by me!! Persistent rain cold wet totally yuk all day. The installers knew there product amazingly remained friendly, professional respected my new carpets and décor (Wayne only knows one line of any song and you found yourself singing the next line). My builder took 2 days to thaw out! I think even if the weather had been better they still would have done the same professional job! I think the tea stopped them from hypothermia!!!
The finish neighbours impressed sister jealous the glass is soo clear I had to check they had installed it.
Warranty paper one good but the director gave me his home number is better to me.
Recommendations yes I have made them but only to friends family and nice people.
Would I use the again yes when I have decided between bi-fold or a conservatory.
A friendly professional service. I have lovely windows a warm home and they look good!!!!
