I've been training with Kerrie for over 3 months, and those 3 months have changed my gym routine dramatically. I attend 4-5 classes a week and then have my PT session with Kerrie.
Kerrie always changes up the PT sessions, which keeps them interesting! She always pushes me add more weights or push myself harder so that I do not regret not doing so when I get home.
Kerrie is always on the other end of the phone if I have any questions on nutrition or gym workout, nothing is too much trouble.
I am continually working hard in my PT sessions, and Kerrie always has a way to keep me going even when I want to stop.
Within my 6 week review I lost 3% body fat, 3 inches my waist and gained on my thighs (which is a good thing to me)!
My next goal is to squat 80kg, which I'm sure with Kerries support, I'll do that in no time!

I've been training with Kerrie for a few months now, due to the hospital recommendations that I start PT sessions. I was really unsure that they would be the right thing for me because of my disability and being a wheelchair user. However, since starting training with Kerrie my opinion has change. I absolutely love my sessions with Karrie. Every session Is different and kerrie always fits them round my ability but ensure she pushes me to reach the best of my potential. She always motivate me and makes me feel confident and comfortable to reach my goals. Karrie shows me new ideas and ways on how to use different gym equipment to get my body working in different ways. Which has had a great and positive impact on my body I feel Karrie has never seen my disability as a problem, if anything she has embraced it. This has been shown by her patience, understanding, kindness and how she uses her knowledge and experience to help me get the most out of work with her. She is always willing to give advice and shows concern over my wellbeing when needed. I'm so glad I started training with Karrie I can't get over how much of a positive impact it has had on me, to the extent that medical professionals and family and friends have noticed the improvement in strength and ability to move. I can't thanks Karrie enough for making me work so hard to gain this improvement it such a small space of time. I'm looking Forward to continuing working with Kerrie to see how much more of an improvement I can gain. I definitely recommend Kerrie to both my disabled and not disabled friends . More...
