Having met with Andreas in the past to discuss jewelry, I went to him with my ideas and I am so happy that I worked with him. Andreas designed a new wedding band for me as the existing one kept sliding below my engagement ring making it both uncomfortable and unsightly. A great listener, he immediately understood what the problem was. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andreas of Kensington Parker for his fine service. I wished to surprise my wife on our 10th wedding anniversary with an eternity ring, and being my wife this obviously had to be especially made to fit in with her unique wedding and engagement ring. From the offset Andreas gave me his undivided attention, explained to me what was needed, asked me my budget and time frame (18months in advance) and off he wentHe came back to me a lot sooner than expected with a design, and a sneaky little plan to keep my wife unaware of what was going on. He advised me that my budget was too much and would spoil the ring if it had that many diamonds in it, so the price was a lot less than I expected, but that didn't affect the service or the quality of the ring. 18 months on and I have a very happy wife, who has a beautiful eternity ring. I cannot rate Andreas and Kensington Parker highly enough. Andreas is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. After our initial meeting, and some very vague ideas from me, Andreas sent over a small number of designs that far exceeded expectations. Once agreed on a final design, the finished product was outstanding. He's always very responsive to e-mails and texts, and offers a level of bespoke service that cannot be found on the high street.
