Had a really lovely experience at my first cut with Louise today. Was made very welcome from the moment I walked in and the shop has a great atmosphere. Today was my first visit to Kennys Hair Boutique and I've booked another 2 appointments!
The salon was recommended to me by my sister in law, the very good referral card is a good incentive to give Kennys a try! (£10 off first visit if referred by a friend, and friend gets £ off too!)
Emma cut my hair and she was fantastic. She was friendly, interested and professional.
She was very careful to ensure that she knew exactly what I was after, asking questions about my style and how I maintain my hair.
I left with some luscious locks and seriously cute curls - after I was adamant that my hair 'just frizzes and never curls nice' Emma worked some great magic, THANK YOU!

I also got a biscuit - a chocolate one !!! - with my drink, lovely touch.

The salon is sparkling clean and staff are professional and friendly

10/10 from me!

I was really nervous about coming to a new salon but I had heard good stuff about Louise. Louise spent a considerable amount of time, listening and explaining about my hair. I had a colour and cut so a big transformation but I really loved my cut and colour and the time she spent with me. Her staff were truly caring and dedicated to me, I felt like a true princesses. I had my hair colour corrected here by Georgia as I had a bit of a disaster with another hairdresser colouring it. When I got there my hair looked absaloutly awful, and when I came back out I felt amazing! ! I had to bring my 13 week baby in and was made to feel completely at ease (I was worried about her making to much noise and having to stop mid treatment to feed her etc) but both Georgia and Emma were amazing with her making her smile :) Georgia took the time to explain everything she was doing to my hair as I was very nervous about it going wrong again. Visited the salon today for the first time and am really pleased. Like the way Louise took time with me before washing my hair to discuss how my hair handled and mull over suggestions. First time I've been in this salon. It all started well with the appointment booking, got offered couple of appointments to choose from. Emma was very welcoming and kind and chatty. She was listening what I want and shared her ideas and did an amazing job with my hair. I've had looong hours of treatment, but didn't mind as the atmosphere (music, decoration) was lovely and they are looking after you very well!

Such a lovely experience! Emma really listened to what I wanted and was careful about making sure she was doing something I would be happy with. She was polite and helpful the whole way through and my colour came out beautifully. She also kept a record of everything she did and said I could call anytime to find out what colours she used so I could get it done again. First hairdresser I've had where I love the cut every time and the best my hair has looked. Had my first colour there and even though it took hours nothing was rushed and both Louise and Emma mads sure it was exactly as they wanted and it's come out perfect, really recommend!

All staff very polite and friendly. They were so understanding and “Emma” explained everything that I needed to know. She was honest all the way letting me know what could be possible, what was uncertain and the different outcomes. I was scared and had no expectations per se, yet when I saw the result and the gradual changes I just could see how excellent they are.

All the team was paying attention and helping me as it was a rather laborious process but WOW the result was just PERFECT! I needed this for a series of special events and they exceeded my initial expectations when I was barely looking for a place to colour my hair the way I needed to.

What a wonderful and professional team, they do their best to make you feel at ease and at home and the quality of work is mesmerising. They are my new “to-go” place for looking after my hair and maintaining the colour!

Amazing place and Louise was a rockstar! She was a gem with my 3 year old little girl! She made her hot chocolate since mommy had a latte and she had so much patience with her while cutting her hair. She did exactly what I wanted and even showed me how my daughter's hair was in the front on one side and that she would like to match it on the other side to make it even. She made sure my daughter's hair was perfect! I will absolutely be coming back not only for my daughter's hair but for mine as well. She made us feel like we mattered as customers that she appreciated our business not just our money. All I can say about Kenny’s hair boutique is that Louise is an absolute superstar!! This was our (me and my husband’s) first experience at Kenny’s Hair boutique and I would totally give five stars to the superb service. Wonderful hospitality (which is hard to come in many salons now a days) and also the patience that they dedicate to each client. Louise took a lot of time to discuss with both of us of what we wanted and then cut our hair exactly how we wanted it and also offered advice as to how it would look on us. It's an experience not to be missed ...... Tastefully decorated, light and airy - leaves you feeling calm & relaxed. Good use of space - intimate without feeling crowded. Great haircut, as always, from Louise. Really happy with the colour too, haircut always lasts well. Both Louise & Emma really can interpret what you want and make it happen.

This is now the second time I have been to Kenny's Hair Boutique. First time a few weeks ago when Louise done it. She was so patient with me as I was being extra 'picky' as I was having my hair done for a wedding. She did a fantastic job and was very patient with me! Second time was today with Emma. I wouldn't trust anyone but Louise to approach my waist-length hair with a pair of scissors! I don't go to the hairdresser nearly as often as I should, but Louise achieves a style that remains attractive even as it grows out. (She has also never removed more length than I wanted her to, which is a rarity.) Louise cuts the hair wet to put the shape in, dries and styles it, then cuts it again dry to put the details in, so I know the style will look perfect even after I wash it myself.  The new salon is gorgeous - relaxing and welcoming. A hidden Gem in Oxford, Kennys Hair Boutique is a must visit for all your hair needs. The staff are very passionate about hair and will do anything to make you feel relaxed. The Shabby chic decor makes you feel glamorous as soon as you walk through the door. Almost like visiting and old friend and having your hair done at the same time. A very trustworthy salon and I highly recommend it. Despite living in London I am more than happy to travel to Kenny’s Hair Boutique as they always style my hair exactly the way I want.
