My dog attended the train program during the summer months. It was fantastic and everyone was friendly and helpful. During her classes I had them groom her and they did a wonderful job with her. Kennelwood Pet Resorts is the only PLACE in metro STL that we utilize to board our four legged furry family member (Buddy) for 13 years during family vacays. Buddy is ttreated/cared for extremely well & it's more of a vacay for him vs being boarded. I was worried since I've never kenneled my dog and he's a shelter dog so I didnt want him to have any flashbacks! I needn't have worried. When I picked him up, he was sniffing around and not too worried about me! Also, the staff mentioned how much they loved him and how sweet he was, that made me happy! I got a report card and that is a cute way to let me know what happened over the week. The only complaint if you can call it that, is how kennelwood charges so a la carte. There is a daily fee for room obviously, but also a charge to give pills, charge for playtimes, a charge for a bath. It really adds up. It would be nice to get rid of "playtime" charge of $7 for 15 minutes. Even so, it was great and I know I'll bring him again because he'll be ok while I'm gone. That means everything to me... More...

Took my puppy to his first puppy play date and free bath today! He loved it! I was so pleased with how friendly everyone was and what good care they took of my pup.
