Massive thank you to Andy, you are amazing - I was very sceptical about seeing a chiropractor as I wondered if I could ever been pain free after suffering on and off for approx. 20 years. I have had every appointment under the sun with the medical profession and almost every medicine. I wish I had met Andy and got my pain under control much much sooner. I saw amazing results after only a couple of appointments and with the tools Andy has shared, I am living pain free for the first time in 20 years. I have a way to go to build up the core strength to maintain this pain free lifestyle, but I am already able to enjoy a more active life with my young daughter and don’t feel like I am ‘sitting things out’. Staff is very friendly! And they do a great job. So the chiropractor is really good. But it is not accessible for disabled people what is important for a doctor.

So far I have only had two treatments with Andy and the results so far have been amazing. After suffering for many many years with back, knee and hip pain and having undergone numerous surgeries, just two chiropractic sessions have made me more able to move freely and attempt to improve my posture and core and I have more than halved my pain meds already. My wife virtually had to be manhandled into the clinic, she had damaged her back watering our allotment, she hobbled out. I am currently being treated here by Dr Dickens, and so far so good! Having hyper mobile joints that have been damaged through dislocations, I need to adjust and rebuild my muscles. After the first 2 sessions I can already feel a difference and I cannot wait for the pain to finally go away. I have been going to see one of the professionals to help me after a back injury. The practice is amazing and haven’t felt like this in years. All the staff are so helpful and friendly here, I was recommended through family and would highly recommend this practice. I also had a massage to help with my recovery and that was spot on too, it’s great having two professionals discuss what needs to be done rather than explaining all symptoms again which is the usual case. I have been suffering from chronic headaches due to problems with my neck. I have in the past visited quite a few chiropractors who were not able to improve my situation and in some cases made it worse. The Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic was recommended by friends and as I was not prepared to give up, I decided to give it a go. Peter Townsend has improved my situation and most importantly, has given me hope. He thinks 'outside the box' so that if one thing does not work, he comes up with different suggestions and then more, and more.I have been impressed by his professionalism and expertise and the caring attitude he has towards his patients. He will spend as much time as is necessary to explain things, reassure, come up with suggestions and new ways of dealing with the problem. Fantastic experience, Dr Jacobs really cares about you. I received a thorough consultation and explanation of my problem. I had been getting arm pain for months and never realised it was coming from my neck . Having suffered sporadic back pain following an R.T.A in 1999 I felt that nothing would help and I would have to live in pain. However when the related headaches got to the stage where I didnt want to plan any social events I realised that something had to change. I had tried pain clinics, physio and Pilates and no end of drugs all to no avail. From my first consultation I felt welcome,listened to and cared for. The investigations were thorough and explained in detail. 7 months on and despite a small relapse my life is SO much better. I can leave the house without pain relief and actually look forward to my adjustments. The entire team are amazingly positive, non judgemental people and whilst financially the appointments are a commitment they are worth every penny. My only regret is that I didnt go years ago. My experience was one of professionalism, personalisation and genuine care for my wellbeing and health. I had suffered a bad injury during a football match, and ended up having whiplash due to my landing. I contacted the clinic and was booked an appointment for later that day. When I arrived, I was welcome by the receptionist, Carol. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease, in an unfamiliar environment. She offered me a drink and made it clear she was there to make me feel welcomed and valued as a client to the practise. I was then introduced to Tim, he was well presented and extremely pleasant, he instantly made me feel welcome as well, and put my mind at ease. He asked me several relevant questions, important to finding out the cause and the problem areas I had, once he had established I had very little or no movement in my neck, he was concerned I had done more damage than a sprain or muscle issues, and offered me to have an x-ray to check for excessive damage. Fortunately that came back okay and we started the Chiropractic session, Tim was again, professional throughout, he told me what he needed me to do, what he was going to do and made me feel at complete ease with the work he needed to do, to aid my recovery. I had several sessions with Tim, and after a couple, my neck was unbelievably better. I started to regain my movement, but during my recovery, I started to have other problem areas, such as my should blades and lower back. Tim obliged to supporting me with these areas, and once again, made me feel comfortable and at ease!I had heard about Chiropractic work before, but had never experienced it. Having experienced it, I am most definitely going to be requesting Tim's services again, thank you so much for your care and support in my recovery.
