What do you love most about your job?
Individuals can and do change. Helping people to unblock their path is deeply satisfying and almost always mutually beneficial. Every day I learn a little more about humanity, the human spirit, society and how we can help each other.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business, Kivo, in 2013 to work with individuals, teams, large and small organisations to help build a vision for change and create an environment for success. I have worked with multiple large and medium organisation within the charity, retail and entertainment sectors.
I've recently decided to work with individuals outside of the workplace because real change happens on the individual level and I want to help people in every area, not just their careers.
