What an incredible women from the day we sat in her beautiful garden and went through all the wonderful colours and flowers that would best suit the season and the wedding theme. Such an outstanding experience and extremely reliable. This lady can do anything from adding fairy lights on banister, putting beautiful ribbons down the Aisle, creating a wonderful garland for the table, bike basket decorating! Clare created the most beautiful bouquets, jam jar flower displays, buttonholes and hair sprigs for our wedding in June. She went the extra mile too by creating table runners long enough for our very long tables and adding horseshoes from my parent's wedding cake to my bouquet as my 'something borrowed'. Lovely lady with great skills! My hydrangea and gyps bouquet was just stunning and exactly how I wanted. Even down to me being ‘nitty gritty’, about wanting perfect white hydrangea, Clare came through with exquisite quality (that even after being told that they don’t last very well, I managed to take my bouquet to my uncles grave 2 days later! !) Claire was amazing and professional from the very second we met her, she was so knowledgable to the point I gave her a few photos of the kind of thing I was after and that was it I didn’t see anything until the morning of my wedding. .. Having relocated to Tunbridge Wells last March then deciding to get married at Christmas, the heat was well and truly on! I was lucky enough to connect with Clare and after our initial meeting, I just knew she had the skill and heart to add to the magic of our big day . Clare really listened to what we wanted, made sure we were aware of the flowers available to us at that time of year and, most importantly, didn't try to bump up the price with things we didn't need. I bought some flowers from Kelly & Hicks for my mother and my mum said 'Having received a lovely bunch of unexpected flowers from my son I would just like to say how lovely they were. There were roses and carnations with some very attractive greenery and I was quite delighted. Proceeding to follow the instructions on how to look after them and arranging them in a glass vase I'm happy to say they have lasted a long time and are still looking fresh. Having seen Kelly and Hicks on Next Door, I contacted Clare and asked her if she would make me a wreath... had I seen the masterclass offered, perhaps,I would have made my own! Right from our first meeting with Clare, I could tell that she could picture what we were picturing our style of wedding flowers to look like! She took the time to show us different varieties of flowers along the colours of the scheme we had in mind. Clare talked us through which varieties would work best together and how she could present them in all the different styles needed for the different bouquets, button holes, pew ends, table decorations and other floral displays. Thank you so much Clare for my beautiful wedding flowers! I don't exactly know much about flowers but I had an idea in mind and Clare completely understood what I wanted. She produced gorgeous bouquets, buttonholes, and flowers for the cake, and they all had a beautiful scent. The pale pinks and cream colours really complemented my overall burgundy and navy colour scheme too, and she even took initiative to introduce a small burgundy flower (sorry can't remember the name!) into the bouquets which was the perfect little touch to tie everything together. I could not have been happier with my wedding flowers over the summer! Clare did an absolutely amazing job, even with some last minute colour changes from me.
