My business, Katie's Furry Friends, established in 2011, offers half hour & 1 hour dog walks if you're working long hours, etc. Also can do 15 minute potty break visits just to let your dog or dogs out to use the bathroom and give them fresh water, Also overnight pet sitting (16 hours) & pet sitting with 3-5 daily for dogs which include an hour walk per day, feeding breakfast and dinner, even lunch, potty breaks for your dog, poo clean up, medication dispensed if needed, fresh water every visit, and all of the services include just being there playing and showing love to your pets unless they are shy and like to be left alone like some cats and some older dogs.

I hired Kate to cat sit for my feline friend Miss Marple. She sent me pictures and video of my cat to show that she was happy and healthy. Barley loves having her come to take care of him and walk and play with him. What do you love most about your job?
What I like most about my job is that I am an animal lover! My friends call me a cat lady and I have since I was a teenager LOL. My aunt owns a non-profit non kill shelter that a adopts out rescued animals, call Friends of the Plymouth pound, and I volunteered with her since I was about ten years old. I wanted to work at a vet's office and I went to get my vet tech certificate but could not find work and was happy of starting my own business!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've went to school and received my veterinarian technician certificate in 2011 but could not find a job because they all wanted someone that had 5 or more years of experience. So I decided to start a pet service business a month later.
Why should our clients choose you?
I treat your animals as if they were my own, and my own animals are treated like they're my children! My prices are very reasonable, I'm trustworthy with excellent references. I send picture updates with descriptions of what your pet has been doing as often as you'd like to your phone through a text or email whatever you choose.
Half hour or hour dog walking
Do you work long hours and feel bad leaving your dog in the house all day? I can go to your house 5 days a week or less it's up to you for either a half an hour or 1 hour and play and walk your dog. I can also dispense medication, change their water and feed them excetera
Overnight pet sitting
If you are going away for a weekend and don't want your pet to be uncomfortable in a boarding facility, I can stay at your house with them, will walk, play with, feed, change water & treat them as my own! I take pics daily to send you updates also!
Free meet & greet with you and your pets
This free, initial consultation allows me to meet you and your pet(s) and discuss what you’re looking for in a pet sitter. This opportunity allows us to talk about your sitting needs, complete paperwork, take a home tour, pickup entry keys and answer questions
Daily pet sitting with 2-4 visits
This pet sitting option is PERFECT for the laid back dog that is happy with a few outings a day and maybe a walk or 2.
Great for dogs whose owners work during the day and are used to spending their days inside
