Kate ‘katered’ for us at our wedding reception at the Boreland Village Hall. She seems to be able to handle absolutely anything. We had a lot of Vegan and Vegetarians at our reception (including the bride and groom) and it was important to us that their meals weren’t second rate. Kate blew us away with her culinary skills. All the alternative meals were on par with normal meals. Being somewhat of a sticky toffee pudding connoisseur, I have to point out that Kate’s sticky toffee pudding is ‘the best in the world’ FACT!! Kate and her team catered for 18 adults on Saturday night at a large rented house for my mums 70th. We don’t come from the local area therefore had to rely on previous positive reviews. Neither Kate or I had been to the accommodation before therefore we were not prepared for the very small kitchen area and only 2 ovens over two levels!! Despite the lack of kitchen utilities, Kate managed to provide a really tasty, hot, three course meal for all 18 people. Lentil soup and prawn cocktail to start, steak pie and chicken wrapped in pancetta for main and sticky toffee pudding and a crumble for afters. Her team were friendly, and professional and they managed to strike a nice balance to allow us to enjoy our family meal while they worked hard in the kitchen. Would highly recommend. No hesitation! 5stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service Kate and her team provided for our daughters wedding was fabulous from start to finish. The tastings, it was just so difficult to choose which canapés to have, and she managed to produce such tasty and original options for all dietary needs - gluten free, vegetarian, vegan. We had Kate and Nicky cater for our wedding reception on Saturday. We could not have asked for better! The service was fantastic! They were both professional, kind, friendly and went above and beyond what we expected of them. They went out of their way to find the best quality ingredients from local suppliers and even provided vegetables from their own garden! The food was outstanding!
