General professional life coaching - I am trained through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and can coach individuals, couples and groups on any subject matter that he/she/they want better results with including career, leadership, family life and finances.

Divorce recovery - Couples separate and hire lawyers to communicate with their soon-to-be ex spouse. Once the papers are signed and the divorce is final, now what? I coach people who want a better way to communicate with their kids and their ex-spouse. I help individuals find the new normal in their life now that they are single (and many times alone) again.

Energy Leadership Index Assessments - I have been trained as an Energy Leadership Index master practitioner, and I can teach the essence of Core Energy Leadership as explained in the book by Bruce D. Schneider. I am certified to provide the online assessment for you to take, and can conduct the analysis needed to show you what energy levels show up in certain situations, why, and how we can adjust your energy to achieve better results.
