Kate helped me to recognise that it wasn’t the world around me that I had to try to change, it was my reaction to stressful events and situations. For me this was a real revelation and it proved to be the pathway to finding some peace and new found confidence.
I have some new 'tools' (practices) that Kate helped me develop for myself. Now I'm able to react to events and situations in a better, healthier and calmer way. This has helped me in my work and family life.
I would definitely recommend Kate as she's helped me to make important and lasting changes in my life.

Just wrapped up a 9 week mindfulness course with facilitator/coach Kate. So thankful for her insight, attentiveness and communication. Being able to pass on practical tools that help people in their daily lives. I'm always learning too, there's so much to read about and experience with mindfulness and coaching that I'm never short of an article or book to continue my personal journey.

After participating in two mindfulness courses I experienced a lot of positive changes in my own life. Particularly in my relationships with my family and friends. I also found a shift in my perception of my work and definition of success. I decided to train to become a coach to share this impact with others and to help them find their own insights.

I'm easy to talk to but am also challenging when clients need to be pushed a little. I have experienced profound changes in my life after practicing mindfulness myself and am very passionate about helping others with their struggles.

Services

Bespoke, private mindfulness coaching sessions.
60 minutes over zoom.


Online mindfulness course.
9 x 60 minute weekly calls.

You will learn how to be more connected to the ones you love, feel calmer and improve your overall physical and mental wellbeing and stress levels.

There will be some reading and exercises on how to be more conscious, how to identify areas of your life that you'd like to improve, then how to implement those changes. It's fun and easy and manageable.
