I had an issue with my pension contributions due to the fact that the company that run police pension schemes, Equiniti, were unhelpful and I couldn't work out if I had over-contributed into my scheme. Over the time I had contributed it seemed I had over-paid some years and other years I had not, all very confusing for someone like me who tends to ignore such things. But doing nothing meant I may owe the tax man. I registered with Bark and Kalpesh called me within a few minutes and it was very obvious from the start that he was very experienced in this field.
