What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We perform a "Customer Needs Analysis" for each customer to determine their needs. Each customer is unique and wants a finished outcome that represents their individuality and their style. Therefore, we spend a fair amount of time discussing with clients about their objectives, their style, philosophy. Then we want to understand their target market and what their expectations will be upon arriving at the website. And lastly we discuss with the client time frames and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Happy customers. Working on my own terms. I have (2) beautiful children and a lovely wife and I don't ever want to be in a position where I have missed something important because I was restricted by a rigid work schedule.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to help business owners achieve their goals. Working on my own terms. The income potential.
