First of all i want to congratulate you on taking the first steps towards achieving your health & fitness goals as i appreciate this is often the most challenging one.

After battling with my own weight, low body confidence and overall unhealthy lifestyle for many years and then losing 10kg through a combination of high intensity cardiovascular training, advanced circuits & weight training it became my passion to help and support others in becoming fitter, healthier, stronger and more body confident.
I am a fully qualified, experienced and insured Personal trainer based in West London. I have access to a fully equipt flagship gym as well as functional outdoor spaces (no gym membership necessary). I offer 1:1, paired or small group training.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I offer ongoing support & motivation whilst setting realistic and most importantly sustainable short, medium & long term goals. I also provide nutritional guidance to help support their training programs and increase their chances of effectively and efficiently achieving their goals.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is firstly challenging your mindset and the limiting beliefs your hold about yourself, your current body and your abilities. Secondly its about implementing a training program that is realistic to ensure sustainability as well ass finding training systems that each individual client can enjoy. Training doesn't have to be boring or feel like an obligation. Once you begin to feel fitter, healthier, stronger and more confident transforming a training schedule into a lifestyle is not only easy but welcomed and enjoyed.

What do you love most about your job?

I love supporting people in not only reaching but realising their full potential and becoming healthier and more confidence. Life its too short to be uncomfortable in the skin we are in as many of us (including myself previously) are.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For many years i battled with weight issues and low (body) confidence, therefore fully understand and appreciate the place many of my existing clients are in. Through implementing my own training program and healthy eating (never dieting) i lost over 10kg and as a result am now not only, healthier, stronger and more confident but passionate about supporting as many people as possible in doing the same for themselves.
