Ordered a cake via karachigifts.com in the morning. Was supposed to be delivered between 2pm-5pm. I had contacted them in the morning via whatsapp to confirm my order and was told the order is processed.
At around 230 pm KHI time I get a message that we have been trying to reach you but couldn't contact. The cake that I had ordered in the morning is not available at the bakery. Question - why did you accept my order if it was not available? why didn't you confirm with the bakery when I texted you on whatsapp? Instead of accepting the fault, the person on whatsapp put the blame on me that I did not pick up the call. I asked him the same questions as to why I was not informed earlier when I had paid for the order? So finally they bought the cake from a different bakery altogether which looked nothing like what I had ordered. I had also asked some text to be written on the cake but nothing. When I asked the question, I was told we will check with the driver and let you know and I still do not have an update on that to this day
