I take John's high intensity interval training (HIIT) group class twice a week. John is incredibly knowledgeable about the physiology behind fitness training. Great for anyone who has an injury, getting back into fitness training or wants to take their fitness to the next level. His classes are always different and work every part of the body. He keeps the class small (and I think he also may have eyes in the back if his head) which means no cheating AND he makes sure you're always using proper technique to get the most out of your workout and avoid injury. I have used multiple trainers since I was 15... NO ONE does it like John Brown.
He has his own approach to fitness that well surpasses the rest.

You won't just see results, but you will feel great before, during and after your sessions. There is so much more that goes into getting into shape that most people are aware of, but John knows.

Working with John is the best choice you could ever make, his in depth knowledge about human body, how it works and what it needs to function at optimal performance gives him the ability truly design and implement a plan for anyone to reach their goals.

John Brown is an exceptional trainer. I'm a mom of two little girls and felt such transformation in my body in a short time. My goal is to be an example for them be a strong and healthy mother. John has helped me not only in training sessions but in suggestions on how to add fitness into my daily life.
