This is an update on my earlier review on Karen's training sessions which I started in October 2016. I am still training with Karen and I am amazed at my personal progression both in terms of weight loss, strength and well-being. I could not have achieved this without Karen's personal training programme - she really is excellent both in her approach, knowledge and also how she perfectly tailors a programme to suit an individual client's needs. Karen is a fantastic trainer and also a very nice person so if you are thinking of hiring a trainer look no further get in touch with her. R Morales
I started training with Karen 5 months ago, she is lovely to work with and very supportive. Each session is challenging and enjoyable, my results have been amazing! She is flexible around my work hours which is really important for me. Karen is a great personal trainer and I have recommended her to many friends.
I've been training with Karen for a few months now and within a short period of time, i went from really unfit to doing the 5km park runs. I would not have achieved this in such a short time without her guidance.
Besides the running I get an all round great work out. I am feeling a hell of lot stronger in my body than i was a few months ago and am also feeling a lot better about myself.
Karen has also given me great advice about a myriad of topics from injuries to nutrition which have been very useful.
She has the right combo of easy going and push that works for me. She is also very supportive and engaged and I also feel she offers excellent packages. So much value for money. I am still with Karen and will continue working with her until i have reached my fitness goals.

I highly recommend the services of KA Fitness Training.
Karen trained me for 3 months and in that time I had gone from an unfit overweight physique to performing 5k runs in around 30 minutes, which for me was amazing. Using the skillsets Karen had taught me gradually building up both muscle and stamina allowing me to run continuously for longer periods of time, I found myself becoming more committed and thoroughly enjoying the experience, something I never thought possible with running.
Karen has transformed my fitness, physique but most importantly my confidence through her patient and understanding approach to a place where, I've never felt so good with my health.

first class service. Karen goes above and beyond, researching any injuries and providing solutions to any problems I have had when training. She has improved my times considerably and I always feel confident that what ever she tells me to do shows results. After moving from London to Hove and not having exercised for several years I decided to return to training with Karen at KA Fitness Training. The best thing I have done in a long time, Karen is an excellent and knowledgeable trainer - she makes the sessions fun whilst really working your body to its full potential.
