K-tec Security Systems is a fantastic company. I've been dealing with them for the last 18 months since Kristian came highly recommended. I was looking for Cctv and to upgrade my alarm which Kristian did. He is a lovely bloke and genuine, he will not give you a load of jargon with extortionate prices. He tells you straight what you need, how much it will cost for everything with no hidden extras. If you have a problem he is always available day and night and no problem is too big or small. Needed a new alarm. Kris came round to survey with the view to adding to my existing system..........came home to kris rewiring the entire system as he was not happy with the existing. ..........not only do I have an alarm that is as loud as an ambulance but for all the extra work kris did not charge me any extra.

Now that's service.

I already spread the word prior to having an install but will endeavour to pass this firm on to all my friends and family

Just had my new hybrid alarm fitted today by Kristian, he removed my old pre-historic system and updated with a much more advanced system.

Really pleased with his service from start to finish, top bloke, great professional service all round.

Brilliant service from K-Tec Security Systems. I needed the alarm panel replacing on our alarm system and had contacted a number of local companies who had quoted and offered services which clearly weren't necessary. The cheapest alternative quote was £125 + VAT but others were £220 and as much as £350. Kristian came to check whether the panel could simply be repaired by being cleaned and when this wasn't possible, returned and fitted a new panel and serviced the alarm system all of which came to just £60. Kristian came to give us a quote before Christmas and explained what we needed and what the cost would be with no hard sell and no obligation. He even accommodated us when we said we wanted to add something extra.
He then came in the new year to fit our system. He was very professional through out, cleaned up as much as he could as he went along and even explained what he was doing step by step.
