Recently had my kitchen remodeled by a family friend and sad to say they did a horrible job and to top it off they didn't even finish the work. I was referred K@j construction & design by a friend that recently had their kitchen remodeled and I have to say it was the best choice I ever made. Jacob did a wonderful job when we hired him and his people to renovate our house. We hired him to execute our designed plans that we did with another design firm. The design plans were to remodel our kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room and living room on top of the dining room area as well. Jacob at KJ Construction & Design and their several subcontractors that were hired for our remodeling in order to do the electricity, plumbing and custom kitchen cabinets, were able to bring the design to life with an amazing skills and special attention to all the small details which made this remodeling project a huge success and very beautiful. During the work, we noticed very clear how the working crew and the subcontractors were easygoing and skilled with several modifications that came up due to unknown problems that arises during the work and all of them were communicating with us when they happen. I had my kitchen and laundry room remodeled by Kobi and his crew from KJ Construction & Design construction. Now that my remodeling is completed, I am very happy with how it came out. Kobi communicated with me during the whole remodeling by guiding me through the entire stages of: design, details, selecting fixtures, type tiles and appliances. Everything went very good. KJ Construction & Design made my kitchen and laundry room dream come true. They were very honest and hardworking people. It was a very big project for me and for sure – the first one but I am surprised by the work they achieved. My house have now a big open space floor plan and modern which is exactly what it wanted. The price that I got from KJ Construction & Design was not the cheapest but good quality comes with price. Before I decided to hire KJ Construction & Design for that job, I spoke and met with few other ones and Kobi earned my business by far based on his design, quality, schedule, etc. I was even able to go with him to see other projects that they are working on and I was very impressed by that. I am so thankful that  the owner of this company K@J Construction & Design, took their effort and time to came to my house personally to resolved the problem that one of his employee made. Jacob ( supervisor) and Jack the owner was very pleasant and understanding. They refunded my deposit . And I am glad that They fired Oren who employed to them for over a month causes a lot problem to their company.  Susan from the office is wonderful, she take care of your concern! Our backyard was never really nice but especially in the last couple of years, we just didn't had the time to put into it. Our concert was cracked and old, no grass was left it  died in the last year or so.The BBQ corner had parts falling from the counter top.so it wasn't a small project to us.adding to the lovely picture is old corroded gates with missing pieces.We put faux grass, we redid the BBQ area with countertops added fridge an stained steel cabinets and storage.Also we replaced the gates and added awning cover that completes the look.We added also a fire pit which is super cool for entertaining.Happy to share and recommend k@j construction they did a great job and we will use them again!Wanted to add that we had great help and support from jack and Alex. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
When looking to do a garage conversion the key thing would be if you have the car space on your driveway many citys have certian requirements for a garage conversion so it is always best to check and see what those are to see if the project is a good fit for your home.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Lofts will always be about space and city requirments for a loft in your home so always check with your city office to see what those are.

We have been in Buisness for 2 years but we have over 25 years of experince between the owners.

When it comes to a guarntee of course all of our work comes with a warranty from us but also from the material companies we are working with as well.
What do you love most about your job?
IWe all love the end result with any project wether it be a bathroom or windows we love to see the change it makes to the home as well as how it makes the client feel to see them smiling and happy is always our goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
BAsically becuase I love working with people seeing change assisting them from the smallest of projects to the largest ones. We feel energized by being able to know what we have accomplished and by it being our buiseness makes it even better at the end of the day.

We care! from the beginning of a project to the end of a project we are there our workers are courteous and helpful and we make sure we hear what you want and make it possible. We are always avaiable unlike other companies that close at 5pm or on the weekends we are always avaiable to our clients becuase we understand that just because the day ends our customers still need us so we put 200% into being there for our clients.
