Joe has been amazing from start to finish and the results are unbelievable. Over 2stone lost in 12weeks which without his assistance just wouldn’t have been possible.

Joe has been amazing! I'm 7 weeks through the 12 week programme and have lost over a stone already and feeling so much fitter and healthier. I still have a way to go but I am not scared of it with Joe helping me. I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own. More...

I can't recommend Joe highly enough! I have been following Joe's plan for 12 weeks and I am so happy with the results . I am the leanest and healthiest I have been in the last 20 years and have learned so much about enjoying the gym again . My body fat has plumetted, my running times have improved and I am wearing shorts with pride ! I have just completed a coaching session with Joe (mental coaching rather than physical) and he's changed the whole way I look at my eating habits. .Exercising has never been a problem but my approach to food has held me back from reaching my weight loss goals and with the inspiration, advice, and techniques that we discussed I am more confident than ever that I can finally get my self down to a more healthy weight. Signing up with JW training was one of the best things I have ever done! Joe my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. I have not met Joe or his team in person however I already feel like I am part of the family. I have just completed the 21 day fat loss plan which I joined via email. I received a comprehensive easy to use E book with meal ideas and a 15 minute per day exercise plan. The plan easily fitted in with meals I was making for the rest of the family and I didn't have to buy any faddy weird foodstuff! I exercised at home in my front room. At 55 years old I thought that I might not be able to do some of the exercises and that my body had been this shape for so long that it wouldn't change significantly. Well, that was not the case at all, as three weeks later I had lost 7.5lb and 12 inches! Yes, I had to make some changes and put the effort in as you do with anything, but these results have given me the motivation to continue with this lifestyle change. I started training with Joseph only 6 weeks ago after years of struggling with my weight and self esteem. I was already quite active but nothing I did ever seemed to make a difference. Joseph has shown me how to mix up my training to make it more effective and enjoyable and given me a very easy to follow and flexible food plan which I never thought I could stick to but now seems like second nature. I’ve already lost 16.5lbs on the scales and I’m just halfway through our programme. Joseph is very knowledgable and supportive and our sessions are fun and somehow he totally gets how hard it is for women to hold on to their bodies after having children. Taking the plunge was the hardest bit for me but I would encourage anyone who is in a similar position to contact JW training. More...
