Justin was very professional when we booked him for an evening meal for 10 people. We chose the menu in advance and Justin and his assistant came in and prepared the meal in the kitchen for us. Had a fantastic day out around the Gower, we found the Heritage Centre Restaurant by chance so decided to go for food. Popped into the Heritage Centre on a cold windy Autumn afternoon . We thoroughly enjoyed Justin's Broccilli and stilton soup with a big chunk of hot crunchy bread !!!! WE'LL BE BACK .

My family and I recently visited the Gower Heritage Centre, where by surprise we stumbled across their tea rooms and and Sunday Lunch. Being the parent of two picky children, we are often disappointed that they leave food when eating out, but on this occasion it was a surprising exception.All four of us ate everything and thoroughly enjoyed hot, tasty and home made food - not like some of the stuff which is mass produced when serving Sunday lunch / carvery. Just as impressive was the warm welcome which we received from Justin and his staff.We will definitely be going back very soon - and possibly become regulars.Thank you Justin and all of your staff!!! How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We sit down with all our clients working out their budgets. Once we come to an agreed budget we then write a menu. Once the menu is agreed we then have a taster lunch/dinner trying out different ideas until the clients are happy.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to cater for everyone and making everyone happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the industry for 25 years and gaining the knowledge I decided to go alone and pass on my experience to different clients.
