We just wanted to say a huge thank you for being part of our wedding reception.The popcorn machine was a huge hit with our guests. As soon as we entered the room, we could smell the delicious sweet popcorn.The traditional look to the machine was perfect for our funfair theme, and the cones were great for people to walk about with. I used Jumping Jo for my daughters 8th birthday, I was concerned that they didn't need a booking form or deposit. I had an email confirmation to say it was all booked. . They arrived bang on time, and set up within half an hour, the location for them wasn't the best but the team were brilliant, happy, polite and professional. On collection there was a different team, again spot on time, friendly, professional and packed up within half an hour. Fantastic day with the inflatable obstacle course from Jumping Jos this weekend for my sisters hen do! Jumping Jo's are the best! My friend was let down by another supplier less than 24 hours before her wedding. On a last-minute search for another bouncy castle company, I tried these guys, and they pulled it out of the bag - happy to fit in around our timings and when I arrived on site the bouncy castle was up and ready to go. Needless to say it was hugely popular all afternoon and evening with all ages - we all loved the dragon! Rob and his team were friendly, helpful and reliable - fully recommend. I booked jumping Jo’s for my daughters birthday party. They were absolutely brilliant, there’s no unnecessary messing around that you get with some companies. Rob was easy to communicate with, he was very patient with me when I had a pre-party panic, and emailed him at 3am to check I had definitely booked. On the day, they arrived quickly (considering traffic is awful in Bath around Christmas) and promptly set up the bouncy castle. It was the main attraction and the kids were thrilled. When it came to picking it up, the man was patient whilst the kids had a final bounce around. I will definitely be using jumping Jo’s again! We hired the Pirate Ship for my Son's 3rd Birthday Party and we had children there from age 2 to 10 and a huge amount of fun was had by all. The boys at Jumping Jo's are reliable and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. And the equipment was faultless. The delivery, set up and collection was perfect and I will be using them every year for my children's parties. The staff are so professional and helpful. They run inflatables and the food truck at our fundraisers. They have all the appropriate insurances and certificates and safety is at the forefront of their minds the whole time.
