This is a programme which develops reflective thinking in challenging work place interactions with mindfulness and Mentalisation techniques to enhance the quality of interactions, with children/young people and supports the continuing professional development of staff members at all levels of seniority.

Children and young people's counselling
A safe and confidential space for a child or young person to receive support in making sense of and working through difficult experiences and feelings. Talking, creative work and imaginative play can provide a safe way in which to express what is on your mind and things which you cannot make sense of on your own.
Family counselling
A safe space to explore the dynamics of the family unit and any issues which may be impacting all or some of the relationships within the family. The family counsellor will work with the family by encouraging each member to understand their needs and empathise with each other.
