Arranging a funeral after the sudden death of our brother could have been very stressful and difficult.Luckily we chose Jukes Funeral Services to take care of the arrangements. Ryan guided us through the proceedings with both professionalism and most importantly compassion. I was recommended to Jukes and am so thankful that I went with them.Stuart presided over every aspect of my husbands funeral. At a time when my family and I were suffering and vulnerable he stepped in and did (his words)" his job".He was professional yet compassionate without being intrusive.He gently talked us through things that we had not considered and gave us choices we might not have thought about and then waited patiently while we went home and discussed how we all wanted the funeral to be.I cannot fault this family run business and would say to anyone looking to arrange a funeral for someone they loved ,don't hesitate! My Wife and I purchased pre paid funeral plans at Jukes in Tamworth street Lichfield . It’s nice to see the fabulous premises are so lovely and the plan you take out is for those premises , as Lichfield residents it’s a comfort to use a private family business for your last journey , they are very professional a great private Lichfield company well done Jukes Funeral Services , if you thinking of a pre paid funeral plan pay this company a visit .

Our mum passed away quite suddenly and I am so glad that my brother and I chose Jukes as our funeral director. We were both at a loss as to what we needed to do but thankfully the staff were extremely helpful and guided and supported us through a very difficult and emotional time. The level of service and attention to detail was excellent and we utilised their in-house florist Gemma who produced wonderful floral tributes.The decor is modern, clean and welcoming and they have 2 chapels - one of which is a cottage chapel which is very homely.Jukes is a local family run business which i liked and you almost feel like part of that family because they are so caring and lovely.My brother and I have been very impressed with Sophie, Stuart and Ryan who are equally as efficient and professional - can't rate them highly enough! The death of my brother for my mum and I was difficult for both of us. It’s at these times and only these times when the expertise of a good funeral services provider comes into its own. The staff are compassionate and will guide you through your whole experience with top professionalism and make you feel part of the family. Jukes' offer fair pricing as the most important thing to them is giving your decreased the send off they deserve. I really cant thank the staff enough at Jukes Funeral Services for taking care of my Dad on his last journey , from the time we called them to the day of the funeral they have kept us informed and nothing was too much. We required a unusual coffin and certain things done and it was all taken care of with no trouble. We even wanted a certain track of music and couldn't find it but Sophie found it and sorted it for us which it was very special track for Dad. Also when we arrived to see Dad in The chapel of rest they had playing in the background mozart as he loved it , this was such a special touch that ment so much. Stuart conducted the funeral on the day and the staff were immaculate , and a big thankyou to Jems Floral Studio for the amazing flowers the David Austin roses were beautiful. If you loose someone as special as we did please contact Jukes Funeral Services as they made a sad day become a day that we celebrated our Dads life fantastic send of for our Dad. I popped in to Jukes Funeral Services Open Day and my word this place is fantastic. You do not feel like you are in a traditional funeral home. I felt apprehensive about entering the place but once I was inside I was instantly at ease. Ryan showed me around the premises, what a wonderful, friendly approachable young man. My wife and I attended the open event at Jukes Funeral Directors today and was totally impressed with the standard of professionalism shown by Sophie, Ryan and Stuart. The premises are tasteful yet beautifully decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard.
