Very good service! I was having problems to find someone able to fix a roll down door I have in my house and found JS in the internet. After reading the reviews I took the chance and called them. The service was good from the phone answering to the solution of my problem with the roll down door in loco. They were able to find a time right the next day from my call very early in the morning to fit in my agenda. The technician arrived on time and knew very well how to fix the door.

I have manual crank shutters. They were installed as hurricane shutters years ago - before I moved in - and I believe wouldn't pass *** code for hurricane shutters now. However they do somewhat protect the windows. The one in front of the patio sliding doors would not crank down. I was skeptical it could be fixed but called JS Construction anyway. I spoke with Jeff, who knew all about the kind of shutters I have and was comforting in saying it probably could be fixed. He sent Dave, who was wonderful. From the outset he had a positive attitude about getting it fixed and to work and he did! This was a wonderful, experience. I loved that both **** and Dave were not negative and trying to push new shutters etc. The company is extremely professional in their dealings - confirmations and quotes via e-mail etc. I highly recommend and will use again when I want new installed. We are truly happy with the work of Jeffrey and his team. We recently bought a new apartment and wanted to do several improvements. These included transforming a bathroom into a laundry room, creating an organized pantry room, modernize the electric/lighting system and adding a couple of customized cabinets. The work was performed with the maximum care of quality and details. Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable and provides a lot of good advises. I used JS on a previous project did not even solicit additional quotes for this project. My confidence in the integrity and quality is excellent. The JS tech, was early, clean and neat in appearance had at least 40 years or more experience. The work exceeded my expectations. The tech cleaned any debris from the drilling. I will use JS on my next project which will be a remodeling of a condo. JS is good down to earth honest folk.

Once again I called on JS construction for repair work at my home. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials used to replace fencing and 2 gates. The work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. While digging up the old posts, the crew noticed that the water line to my house, galvanized pipe, had deteriorated to the point where a massive leak was only a matter of time. The line was replaced with flexible copper tubing, which was the best option for my situation.
