Hi my name is Joe Forrest. I study Business and Administration in my local area in which I have lived for 19 years (my entire life). I enjoy taking pictures and filming all kinds of things but I mainly involve myself in BMX and Skateboarding.

When I was a kid I was convinced I'd be an artist, I had this image of me with an easel sat by some kind of spectacle drawing/paining but as time got on I built up a hatred for drawing I wouldn't attend my art lessons unless it was photography and at the same time I hated getting my hands dry or dirty, I didn't like touching paper etc. which made it very hard to draw, paint or produce any kind of crafts.

I loved taking pictures because it meant I could show my creativity without becoming uncomfortable and after a while it stuck.

A few years on I met a great group of friends who were avid bmx'ers and skaters so I started taking shots of them which made me a much better photographer.

I learnt most of what I know during this time period.

I started to lose interest in sports photography and so I travelled to the city centre frequently searching for unknown spots and shooting time lapses very regularly. This pushed me to get involved in Urban Exploration photography and also I also dabbled in Architectural Photography.

At this moment in life I am taking pictures of Nature, Sports, Portraits and Music.
