A few years ago Jonathan took some photos of my family for me in the picturesque village of Port Sunlight. When my son decided to get married in Torquay our first thought for a photographer was Jonathan. Jonanthan met with the bride and groom on a couple of occasions and communicated comprehensively via email. He also did a lot of research into the area of Cockington before the big day.Jonathan arrived the day before the wedding and spent a couple of hours with the bride and her extended family, making sure he knew who was who and their role for the following day.10 am on the day of the wedding, Jonathan arrived at the accommodation that the grooms family were staying in. Capturing the preparations and the build up to the wedding, making everyone feel at ease.He then left the boys to their pints and arrived at the brides house and again capturing all the preparations until the arrival of the wedding cars.He went on ahead to the ceremony where everything went smoothly, Jonanthan captured every image the bride and groom had requested and more. Jon has been the only photographer that I could find (and I looked everywhere!) that could take very professional photographs of my stock that I sell on line. Some of the items have a mirror finish so are almost impossible to get a clear shot without having an unwanted reflection of some sort in the background. Jon is the only chap for the job as the image is crystal clear and perfect every time. Really nice and genuine guy too. I can highly recommend Jonathan Davies as both a wedding and portrait photographer.
Jonathan was professional throughout but managed to capture the most precious of moments in our life.
At our wedding in September 2013 Jonathan went above and beyond, taking photographs of our wedding day which helped create a day to remember and cherish forever.
Whilst having portraits of my family taken, Jonathan was again impressive in that he managed to get everyone smiling at the same time - a hard feat in my family, but also made the experience fun and filled with laughter.

Jonathan is great to work with regularly suggesting professional props I’d never think of. Part of his professionalism is constantly “Thinking outside the Box” on behalf of us! He has produced some finely crafted and very creative images of our events including customers themselves for websites and all social media channels.
Jonathan has also photographed Jewellery, Commercial, Landscape, Events – you name it Jonathan can get you the very best images possible.
