We were recommended Jon Whiles through friends and we are very glad of the recommendation as we’ve just got the photos back from our wedding and they are amazing. From the very beginning, Jon was prompt with communicating and super helpful with lending his expert advice to complement our vision for the day. He did so much for us as well; he spent 3 hours with us for our legal ceremony one day, and then a few days later worked all day on our wedding and set-up a photo studio for our guests to use. It was a big wedding, and Halloween themed, so getting the photography right was of paramount importance to us and Jon really brought our vision to fruition. Having Jon and Mark was so vital because it meant we got photos of the same things at different angles (obviously something just one photographer can’t do) so we’re really glad we chose that package. It meant we got photos of us on our post-ceremony walk, and also have photos of what the guests were up to whilst we weren’t there! Our guests loved the mini photo studio as they were able to have professional photos of their Halloween costumes and then get them printed right there and then, with frames, to take home as mementos, plus it meant we got the photos too, and it was used all night so it was well worth the money. Budget, of course, also being important to us; Jon worked hard to make sure we got our dream at the price we could manage and even turned up in costume, really entering into the spirit of the day! The services Jon provides are exceptional and we are really glad we also opted for a boudoir style shoot of the bride on the morning of the wedding; a lovely, nice surprise for my husband when the photos came back and a special, quiet moment for me to spend feeling naturally beautiful and confident before my make-up and dress was on. His skills are also very impressive; there are some incredible shots of confetti and guests dancing that are truly magical and beautiful. We would both recommend Jon, as would all our guests who absolutely love the photos he took, and we will use him again for all sorts of occasions.
