We had a fault on our Ricoh C2503, We booked an engineer with Join-IT who arrived on the same day he performed an thorough inspection of the machine and itemized list of parts and consumables needed to bring the device back up to manufactures specification. The technician managed to get the machine working without the parts so that we could copy and print that day. Join-IT The offered us a new HP Page wide device which offered great value for money rather than buying the new parts on our old machine, at no stage we’re they pushy. I contacted Join-IT when I was having problems with my Epson printer. They sent an engineer to my address on the same day. After the engineer looked at my printer he said it would cost more money than it was worth to fix the machine and didn't charge me for the call out. I then decided to buy a new machine and Join-IT were unbeatable on pricing compared to any online shop.I would highly recommend using Join-IT for all print related issues. More...

I have a small office and i needed a new Samsung photocopier for my office. I have recently started trading and i was unsure on what device would be suitable for my office. I looked up local printing companies in my area and started to do my research, Join-IT for me seemed the best and i proceeded in speaking with them. I contacted a salesman Andrew and he kindly offered advice, he didnt try and sell me the most expensive machine he simply provided me with a solution i needed and i can now say the machine does everything and more that we want it to do. I am very happy with the service Join-It provided and i have frequent monthly telephone chats with Andrew as he often rings to make sure that our machine is still all working as it should. Join-IT have been servicing our copiers for a few weeks now, and we've been really pleased with the support they've offered us. We had a small desktop printer that kept jamming. A quick search of the local area came up with join-it and we gave them a call. The engineer came out the next morning and fixed the jamming issue within 10minutes, he said it was worn rollers which he had a spare set in his car. The machine is all working again. Price wise they weren't the cheapest but they could see us the quickest and seemed to have the most professional website and when we spoke to them they were upfront with all the potential costs. We called Join-IT with regards to servicing our photocopier. An engineer was arranged to come out and service our photocopier within 24 hours. During the service, the engineer clearly explained the problems to us before carrying out the repair work keeping us fully in the loop and since the service, our photocopier has worked great. Join-IT manage our printers on a simple contract and we are pleased with the service that we receive. Should we have any issues with either IT or hardware, we are able to call Join-IT who will quickly resolve the issue, which reassures us that our day-to-day business will not be affected. We have a Samsung photocopier and a smaller desktop printer.The printer was jamming quite regular along with the larger photocopier. Both were out of warranty so we called Join-IT. They sent out one of their engineers the very next day who serviced both machines and they have since worked great. The engineer John was really friendly and recommend we had a maintenance and service agreement which included the toner and engineer call outs. We have been very pleased with this arrangement.
