I can't remember how long I have relied on John, it has to be at least 8 years, in two different companies. He can usually fix it, if not, he will tell you. If it's not worth fixing, he will tell you. I totally trust him, which is really important for me. He will always try to fit you in as soon as possible, often on the way to an other job.
