Great service. Tore my hamstring playing football and was unable to walk properly for 4 weeks. Went to see John and with his plan and physio I was fully recovered within a couple of weeks, with full flexibility

An excellent Sports Therapist with great knowledge of injury prevention and treatment for a wide range of conditions. Well worth a visit if you have any injury concerns.

When I broke my finger to the point it was pointing in the wrong direction he managed to re-set it so cleanly it knitted back together without needing an operation. Deeply grateful for that and would recommend him to anyone. More...

I had a problem with the back of my legs.
John came to my house and after a assessment he found out i had injured my glutes.
He gave me a massage, which helped alot.
He then gave me a programme of streaching exercises to do, which sorted everything out.
John is a really nice guy who knows his stuff and will sort your problem out.

I did my ACL knee rehab with John after having a high grade partial tear from Rugby injury. Avoided surgery and got back to playing within 7 months, after gaining back balance, strength and confidence in my knee through Johns relentless help and support.

What a bloke and what a physio! Has an amazing knowledge and most importantly is completely aware of new research and studies to help his own practice and development in sports injury and rehabilitation.

Highly recommended!

Thanks John Boy!

Where to start with how thankful I am to John!

During my last year at University in Portsmouth I saw John over several times for problems with my back, thigh and wrist, all coming as a result of footballing injuries. Unlike previous experiences with physios/chiropractors where you feel as if processes are strung out as long as possible, John is honest and straight with you and will only treat you if it is for your benefit.

From initially contacting him, during the treatment and following up to see how the rehab was going, John was thoroughly professional and I could not recommend him strongly enough!

From a price perspective, John offers competitive rates and was sympathetic to me being a poor student. So whether you're a working professional or in full time education, John caters for all.

If I ever am in need of treatment for injuries again, there probably isn't anywhere else I would look!

Cheers mate, appreciate everything you've done
