Went to try this out with my mum who has regular personal training sessions with Luke. Hard work but also a very fun hour had with exercises tailored to suit us both. Well worth having a personal trainer for as these are not the usual weight exercises I'd do in the gym when training alone and encouragement from Luke definitely helped!! This was yesterday and today I definitely feel that I got a good workout, in fact I can feel it all over which although somewhat sore just shows it worked! Bring on next week's session!! More...

Education, commitment, desire, effort and goal setting

Since working in the fitness industry from the age of 18 I have endeavoured to learn as much as i can about the human body. With this knowledge i have and can help educate, motivate and inspire others to achieve their aims and objectives.

Since 2008 I have run my own business. The opportunity was there to start my own gym and work with clients using my personal training philosophies and also the chance to have my own sports massage room. This was an unmisable opportunity for a 25 year old.

I feel i entertain as well as educate. make fitness fun and a lifestyle not a chore. If you enjoy it you are more likely to continue the lifestyle.
