How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first step to help my clients achieve their goals is to meet or call them for a consultation to listen and understand specifically what they are looking for.
From there a unique and tailored training program is put together in line with the clients goals as well any adjustments that should be made to their current diet that may hinder their progress.
S.M.A.R.T goals are set to keep the client motivated towards the bigger picture as well as weekly check ins to monitor progress and also adjustments in exercise and diet programming that may be necessary.
I also try to install a healthy and positive mind set that encompasses reaching their goals in health and fitness is not a quick fix but a journey that requires - time, effort, patience and dedication specifically from themselves if real changes are to be achieved that are sustainable and not short lived.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A mixture of structured diet and exercise that is appropriate to the dreams a client has alongside intrinsic motivation and motivation from your trainer to keep moving forward step by step through the high and the low times that each and everyone of us encounters with our training and everyday life.
Consistency and time is also key to attaining the body of your dreams as no one achieves something great and sustainable without putting in hours, weeks, months and years.
Lastly, everyones body is different and in tern reacts differently to exercise and diet, specifically genetics, age, gender and many other factors too play their part. With this in mind I am able to display my value in tailoring the over all training to help the client achieve the body of their dreams with all the mentioned factors accounted for.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people succeed in their health and wellbeing journey and I feel very passionate about sharing my knowledge to clients so that may use it not just in the time I train them but in the future too so that a sustainable approach to keeping fit and healthy can be achieved.
I love helping clients learn and execute the most basic of exercises as its rewarding seeing them performed with correct form, posture and technique.
There are many ways the human body can kept fit, healthy and strong and this another thing I love to demonstrate to clients through creative exercising that is measurable, safe and unique.
I also love being transparent with clients, telling them the truth and answering and dispelling some of the myths the fitness industry would have them believe. There is so much information out there that I feel its important to impart the knowledge I have that is articulate, accurate and not based on "they say".

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a keen interest and passion in health and fitness and so 5 years ago decided to invest in myself and become a qualified personal trainer and eventually set up my own business.
I've seen many people trained by rookie personal trainers over the years and feel its my duty to get out there and give this job a good name by providing a professional service that is of great value within a saturated market.
