Turned up late to my wedding and never and still to this day hasn’t apologised! Only texted messaged the groom 10 mins before the ceremony due to start (obviously he didn’t have his phone on him so he didn’t even know the “photographer” hadn’t arrived) however I had mine in my bag so if they bothered to contact me I would have known this and would have tried to delay the ceremony or asked our friend who had a very good camera on him to take a few pictures who is currently just getting to photography and kindly took some getting ready pics for me and have come out amazing) James has a disgusting attitude on the phone towards me when I said i wasn’t happy he was late and now I have no photos of me and my dad walking down the alter. Awful photos.Was left devastated to be honest. Wish we paid a bit more for a professional photographer. You live and learn. Also if you have already booked these - make sure you tell him not to bring his sidekick photographer friend shadowing him who seems to have been in training for the last 3 years with him- as they both hold cameras and don’t ask anyone to look at any particular one so all photos have half the guests looking one way and the other half the other way! And the “wedding album” is just done on Truprint- no very professional to me at all. I’m just glad we invested in a decent videographer! Also we asked for the original photo files so that we found edit the photos to make them look decent and maybe try and zoom in so we don’t see stupid things in the background but we are yet to receive this. I don’t think there was ever any intention of handing this to us hence I’ve finally wrote my review. P.s I still have text messages from James so if anyone wishes to see what horrible messages he wrote to me - private message me and I’ll send them :-) More...

Arrived early and serviced my boiler as requested. I was sent an estimate for some additional work that I requested and after emailing them back Twice to arrange a date I eventually gave up after receiving no reply, looks like I am now looking for another plumber to do this work for me and the replacement of all my radiators planned for next year.
