Our company offers a selection of services which include Personal Training, this can be done at a clients home/gym where a program is followed at the same time. An online training method where I can train you through Skype, saving travelling expenses with a program to follow in your own time with nutritional help. We also offer Sports conditioning for teams and Individuals for example if you want to get back into your sport or hobby after an injury or time away or simply want to improve your level of fitness/conditioning for a chosen hobby or sport we will find a sensible program for you to follow.
