Jimmy called out on time and gave me an honest and reasonable quote for the job in hand. He told me the roof decking was sound and did not need replacing. He explained how the the job would be done and the advantages of the materials used. You immediately know you are talking to someone who is a total professional who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Jimmy. His expertise, knowledge, and approach is excellent. He is trustworthy, courteous, neat, respectful and very hard working. We are very happy with the end results and feel relieved that we had someone who knew what they were doing to repair our property. Jimmy fitted insulation and a fibreglass roof to our extension and repaired a few tricky areas around our garage. Jimmy came out at very short notice to have a look my flat's roof. He was up there in no time, despite having to lug his ladder up several flights of stairs to get to the access door. He gave an immediate and extremely useful assessment of the situation, which looks like it may help me enormously. He was very polite and amiable, and did not want to charge me for his time, which as it turned out did not result in any work for him. Of course, I would not agree to him leaving empty handed! This company did a good job on my dormer roof, which had a leak due to capillary action from pooled water collecting near the join with the sloping tiled roof. The job was fast, efficient and looks thorough. It has not yet been tested by weather, but the conditions that caused the capillary action are very occasional (snow, heavy rain with easterly wind, etc.), so that might take some time. Read the reviews on here, and called right away I was put at ease by the friendly professionalism and the free quotation was done in a day, the cost was really good value. I was emailed a day and time (weather permitting) and a lovely man turned up at the exact time. It was painless and a great relief to get the pointing done so quickly. I'm no expert on roofing but mine looks neat and tidy and my neighbour has already complained theirs was more expensive and looks messy ! The work area was left spotless.
