I specialise in fat loss and body transformation programs.

I deliver this through three different levels of programming which are described below.

1-1 Personal Training sessions at 2-4x per week.

I have been training with Jimy for the last couple of months after beginning to feel like middle age was creeping up on me. I was overweight and inactive and diets did not seem to be working anymore. Like many people I had undertaken various diets and taken out some expensive, under-used gym memberships over the years. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results to date – I have lost a stone in weight and dropped a dress size, but more importantly I feel fitter and healthier and am actually enjoying training. I feel Jimy tailors the exercises to fit my goals and make them both interesting and fun; he’s great at adapting his style (for example I don’t like being shouted at but I do need encouragement and pushing and he has struck the right balance there!) He takes a holistic approach to fitness and is also really knowledgeable on nutrition and has helped me improve my diet and deal with sleep and posture issues. His passion for empowering people to achieve their fitness goals shines through. I take all the guess work away by creating an individualised nutrition and training program that works for you and your lifestyle.

I will calculate all your personal calories and macronutrient targets(Protein,Fat,Carbohydrates)

I will also write a personal meal plan for you to follow so you don't have to think.

I monitor everything including steps,sleep,stress,recovery and write you a complete training program to follow that gets results.

I also provide weekly check ins and round the clock support via whatsapp and e-mail to be by your side throughout your fat loss journey.

The weekly check in provides accountability and an opportunity for you to provide feedback to me so I can make any necessary changes to make the program easier for you to follow. In my opinion this is a game changer in achieving great results.

Everything is taken care of to take all the thinking away so you can focus on following the plan.

Find your why! The more you can attach yourself to why you have decided to change the easier it will be to stick to the plan when times get tough.

I have helped people rid themselves of Type 2 diabetes,PCOS, chronic lower back pain and more.

I have always had a business head but never knew what to build a business in.

I have been into training and exercise on and off since I was 16 years old. I am now 33.

Ultimately I suffer from a kidney illness which resulted in me receiving my first of two kidney transplants in 1998.

Now I know more than most what a healthy lifestyle can do to help you live a fuller and longer life.

I received my second kidney transplant in 2013 and was on dialysis for around a year before this.

I myself got a Personal Trainer and trained 5 times per week, 3 of those sessions were done prior to my 4 hour stint attached to a dialysis machine.

It was through this experience that I knew if I could use training to get me through this I could use my experience for good to help others to do the same.

My bad health is ultimately what inspired me to build a health and fitness business to inspire and help others to live their best life.

I believe that I want the result for my client more than the client does.

This is what separates me from the rest.

Too many trainers these days try to portray that getting the body of your dreams is complicated and you have to cut carbs, train 6 times per week and have no social life. This could not be further from the truth.

Will your fat loss journey always be easy, NO, but nothing worth doing is ever easy.
With hard work,commitment and dedication alongside the right plan you can achieve outstanding results.

With me I won't crash diet and work you into the ground. I will find an approach that works for you and that you can stick too to ultimately bring you optimal health and longevity.
