I have been working with Jimmy for 8 weeks now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The workouts have been brilliant and the nutrition advice great. Most importantly, Jimmy is a really nice and helpful guy who always knows how to support and motivate you regardless of the situation. I am about to start my next 8 weeks with Jimmy and most certainly recommend him to anyone needing some help reaching their fitness goals. You won't regret it!

I've known of jimmys work for a few months now and after reading and learning from his posts, I really felt that Jimmy could be the person to help me out!
Jimmys sessions really pushed me to the limit and the results came very quick for me! I contacted Jimmy many times, if I needed assistance and he always gave me the support I needed, it's been a big learning curve for me and I'd recommend anybody looking to improve there knowledge and shape, to contact Jimmy as soon as possible!

After following Jimmy for a couple of months and enjoying the content he was putting up, I decided to jump on board and have him put me through a mass phase programme. During my time with Jimmy, I was given a diet plan that was sustainable and had my favourite treats factored in. I gained size in all the right places and learned so much not only about progressive overload but learned so much about myself and what did/didn't work. Jimmy is a great, down to earth coach who I could contact any time if I had any problems. Weekly check ins to see my progress and tweaks were made as and when needed. Thanks for everything Jimmy. Would recommend to anyone

I've been working with Jimmy since January this year. Jimmy has changed the way I eat (lots more yummy stuff) set my training plans, and had 1-1 sessions with me each week, he's always available for advice, so far I've lost 30lbs and 6.5 inches from my waist. I can't thank or praise Jimmy enough.

A little summery of my experience working with Jimmy Saunders!!
Well the day has arrived! I've finished my diet with jimmy!
I started working with jimmy around 10 weeks ago. I was unhappy and it was affecting my confidence and relationships.
I struggled previously to find the balance and found myself binging and the weight crept on! 201bs like!! So went pretty to town!!
After 10 weeks I've managed to shift that 20lbs and now at my goal weight. Never thought I would get there!
Jimmy has been great throughout! Keeping me accountable and providing fantastic workouts! Nutrition wise i don't know it all but I know how my body works and my trigger foods so I went back to basics and used jimmy for the accountability aspect checking in each day has helped massively!
I would recommend working with jimmy! Great accountability buddy, and fantastic workouts! Real mixture

I've trained for many years and had PT sessions previously from other instructors with various results.. Jimmy however has "walked the walk" and has first hand experience in nutrition, training etc and this gave him the credibility I was seeking for a 3 month program that I'm currently on.... great diet advice, great training with a friendly and fun training attitude.... I would recommend anybody seeking a good PT experience to try James ..what ever your level of fitness.

I was a complete beginner to weight/resistance training when I started my pt session with Jimmy. I can't believe how much my strength and overall fitness has improved in just a couple of months with a consistent training plan. I wasn't sure I would enjoy this type of training but having Jimmy guide me through has given me the confidence to continue and push myself. He is friendly and easy to talk to and tailors your training to your goals and objectives and continues to push you to get the best out of you so you notice the improvements. I will be taking out a full package now I have built up some basic strength and knowledge of how to train effectively and hope to see even bigger improvements when combined with a nutritional plan. I have took out a 12 week plan with Jimmy I am currently on my 10th week and I have loved it, Jimmy has made me feel so very comfortable where in the past other personal trainers haven't, Jimmy has pushed me and encouraged me to try things I wouldn't normally do, I hated the gym before, but after using different machines with Jimmy I now enjoy going and so far I have lost 8 pounds which I am very pleased about! Jimmys so friendly I would definitely recommend having him!

I was lucky enough to win an 8 week online coaching program from Jimmy. I initially thought that as I wasn't a paying customer I wouldn't receive the same sort of support, I was very wrong. The pre questionnaire was thorough and I was able to explain my goals simply. The workouts were varied and pushed me to my limits. I could log my workouts and receive feedback from jimmy. Week on week my strength went through the roof and I was able to still eat the odd treat as I could incorporate it in my macros through flexible dieting. Jimmy always gave me the encouragement that I needed and would always reply promptly to any queries that I had. Would definitely recommend!

I am training with Jimmy at the moment at Fitness First in Cannock. I'm very impressed as he listens to what you want to get from your training. I am lifting weights to tone myself up and to get stronger within myself. I enjoy the challenges he gives me and the variety of weights. Overall I am very impressed with his coaching.

I teamed up with Jimmy to get in better shape for over the summer. I gained strength like I have never before and whilst gaining strength I was loosing inches from around my waist. He taught me that your diet is key. He was very helpful I would often text him questions regarding training and nutrition and he would always reply with a detailed answer. I've finished my 16 week course now but already thinking ahead maybe teaming back up for of the winter. Would recommend !

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

By giving them the complete package.
Personal training sessions alone will only allow an individual to progress so far. You will truly reach your potential when you address other areas such as nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
That is why I believe in not only telling my clients what to do, but to also educate them along the way. This will enable them to not only achieve their goals, but to sustain them.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

A mixture of mindset, consistency and sustainability.
If you have all three, then it's only a matter of time before your dreams become a reality.

What do you love most about your job?

Building great relationships with my clients.
Every client is different. They have their own personal struggles and goals. In my opinion, there is not a better feeling than knowing that I can make a difference to someones life (no matter how big or small), help them achieve their goals and make them happier.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After hitting a pretty low point in my life, and not being happy with my own body image, I went through a transformation where I was finally happy with my body and regained the confidence that I had once lost.
This then led onto me wanting to work with other people, and to help them achieve their own personal goals.

Why should our clients choose you?

Everyone is unique, and that is why I treat all of my clients as an individual.
Everything I do for my clients is specific and tailored towards their needs and goals.
I believe in supporting my clients not only for the one hour inside of the gym, but for also the other 23 hours outside.
